Our formalization in 2021 allowed us to establish robust grant-making and fiduciary mechanisms. We act as an umbrella body that facilitates strategic sub-granting to grassroots Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).
We identify, vet, and disburse sub-grants to credible local actors. But we don't just provide funds; we pair every grant with technical assistance and monitoring to ensure funds are used effectively and accountably.
This approach strengthens local civil society and ensures that resources reach the "last mile" with absolute transparency, bridging the gap between international donors and community-level implementation.
